Who to contact for what
| Your question | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| Something on this site is wrong or out of date | Email us. We check against the statute and fix it. |
| The status of an application you submitted | The application platform's own support, linked from the confirmation you received. |
| A payment, a due date, or a loan you already hold | The lender named on your agreement. The agreement carries their contact details by law. |
| A lender charged more than $14 per $100 or refused a cancellation | Consumer Protection Ontario, which licenses payday lenders in Ontario. |
| General questions about payday loans and your rights | The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. |
What we cannot do
We cannot see your application, change a loan, speed up a transfer, or speak to a lender on your behalf. We never hold your banking details, so we cannot look them up either. What we can do is fix this site, explain a rule, and point you to the right office.
Corrections and updates
If a provincial rule changes, the pages change and the date at the top of each one moves. If you spot a figure that has gone stale before we do, we would rather hear about it than not. Read who we are and how applying works before writing, since most questions are answered there.
