How the pages are built
Every page is plain HTML with one heading structure, real tables for tabular numbers, text alternatives on every image, visible focus outlines for keyboard users, links that say where they go, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, and colour contrast that meets the WCAG 2.1 AA ratio. There is no script that has to load before the text appears, no popup, no autoplay, and no third party embed. The apply link is an ordinary link, and the how it works page describes the steps it leads to.

Keyboard and screen readers
A skip link at the top of every page jumps straight to the content. The menu, the contents list and the tables are standard elements that assistive technology already understands. The "serving" line near the top of the homepage is filled in by the delivery network, and it is plain text, not an image.

The application platform
The application itself runs on a separate platform. If you have trouble completing it with assistive technology, the platform's support contact is on the form and on your confirmation, and most lenders accept a phone application through their own support lines as well.
Tell us
